Selected Être grantees

Via the 3 annual calls for proposals under the Être project (in 2007, 2008 and 2009) the Foundation selected 22 resident theatre companies as its grantees awarding a total of €3.1 million for the three years. 

The selected  grantees were:

In December 2008, the theatre companies selected as grantees under this project (21 individual residences and 1 multiple residence for 3 companies) decided to associate into  Associazione Être (www.etreassociazione.it). The Association represents its members when dealing with the public administration, public agencies and other institutions, promotes joint or shared initiative, provides  services, devises and supports artistic, cultural as well as education projects and programs, and connects with similar undertakings, including by networking.
